Job Description
We are searching for a Digital Marketing Intern who will work on‑site in our Lisbon office Monday–Thursday (Fridays remote/optional) for 3–9 months. Reporting to our International Digital Marketing Strategist, you’ll gain hands-on experience across paid media, email lifecycle marketing, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration while helping us drive measurable growth for international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support – Assist the Digital Marketing Lead in setting up, monitoring, and refining paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google) as project needs arise.
- Email Marketing Assistance – Help create and schedule newsletters and automated flows, ensuring lists and links are properly segmented and tagged.
- Performance Tracking – Pull data from platform dashboards and update internal reports; highlight notable trends, and suggest campaign improvements/optimizations.
- Creative & Copy Checks – Review ad and email assets for brand alignment, clarity, and platform compliance.
- Process Improvement – Contribute to simple SOPs, checklists, and templates that streamline routine tasks.
- Team Collaboration – Join cross‑functional meetings to keep paid and email tactics aligned with broader client or agency objectives.
Candidate Profile:
Must-haves:
- Ongoing or recent bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Coursework or hands‑on experience with at least one ad platform or email service provider.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, and A/B testing basics.
- Strong written English; proofreading skills.
- Ability to be on‑site in Lisbon Mon–Thu.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing, or Klaviyo certifications.
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email editing or GA4 event setup.
- Fluency in other languages.
- Passion for our core industries (lifestyle, real estate, tech, travel).
