General Description

The Brand & Self-Promotion role is focused on how the agency presents itself to the world. You will support the creation of case studies, self-promotional content, and brand storytelling across digital channels. It is ideal for someone interested in branding, content, strategy, and how creative work is positioned and communicated. You will work closely with design leadership, marketing, and strategy, gaining a behind-the-scenes view of how agency work is packaged, written, and launched.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of case studies for website and presentations
  • Help structure narratives around projects, processes, and outcomes
  • Assist with self-promotional content for LinkedIn, website, and decks
  • Represent the agency across events and network opportunities
  • Research competitors, references, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with designers and strategists to translate work into clear stories

Candidate Profile

Must-Haves:

  • Strong written and visual sensibility
  • Interest in branding, communication, and creative industries
  • Good understanding of basic design principles and tools (Adobe Suite, Canva)
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in AI and exploring how it can improve workflows and process
  • Basic familiarity with design or marketing environments
  • Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
  • Fluency in Portuguese & English

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience writing or structuring content for digital platforms
  • Familiarity with Figma, Google Workspace, or presentation tools
  • Interest in agency culture, strategy, or growth marketing

Internship Details and Benefits:

  • Paid internship based in Lisbon (on-site Monday-Thursday, Fridays remote)
